Hello!

I’m Tiffany, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). I began my career working in family crisis services, including child protection and foster care. I’ve also supported individuals with disabilities and provided career guidance through my work with the state. While these experiences have shaped my approach, individual and group counseling are truly where I feel most passionate and effective.

I am a Christian and draw strength from my faith. For clients who would like to incorporate spirituality into our work, I am happy to do so. At the same time, I fully respect and support clients who prefer a non-spiritual approach—your comfort and goals guide the process.
